Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Klausse ("the Seller") and any person ("the Customer") placing an order on the website www.klausse.com ("the Website"). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered on the Website are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual and provided for illustrative purposes only.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the range of products at any time.
3. Prices
- Prices are displayed in GBP (£), inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
- Shipping fees are added at checkout and vary depending on the destination.
- Klausse reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be charged at the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders
- Placing an order on the Website implies acceptance of these Terms.
- An order confirmation will be sent via email after payment is validated.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of non-payment, disputes with the Customer, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are secured and can be made using the following methods:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Payments via secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
6. Delivery
- Dispatch times: 3 to 5 working days after order validation.
- Delivery times: 7 to 12 working days depending on the destination and logistics providers.
If there is a delay, the Customer will be notified via email. Klausse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns and Refunds
In compliance with UK consumer protection law, the Customer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Return procedure:
- The Customer must contact customer service at contact@klausse.com to obtain the return address and instructions.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned products.
8. Warranty
Products sold are covered by legal guarantees for conformity and hidden defects, as provided by UK consumer law.

9. Liability
Klausse cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, delivery delays attributable to the courier, or force majeure events.
10. Personal Data

11. Disputes
These Terms are governed by UK law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the Customer's residence.
